Everyone participating in the tour will first be required to complete a booking form  (one form per bike).
The on-line form is the quickest and easiest.

A deposit payment is required at time of booking and can be made using one of the methods below. See individual tours for deposit amount.

Please note that if for any reason we cannot reserve the rooms or complete the booking of your tour then the deposit/s are fully refundable.

As soon as we receive a completed booking form from every rider participating in the tour and the deposit payment/s we will contact the hotels, check availability and reserve the rooms. Once we have reserved all the rooms we will send you a booking confirmation informing you that your tour has been finalised.

If possible it is always beneficial if you have a little flexibility in the days you are able to travel. Please indicate this on your booking form.
