On completion of the on-line booking form you will be automatically directed to the payment details page.

A deposit is required to secure your booking or full payment if booking less than 70 days prior to the commencement of the tour.

For deposit amount please refer to individual tours.

On receipt of completed booking form and deposit payment we will send you an email confirmation containing details of your reservation and ‘TOUR FINAL PAYMENT DATE’.

On receipt of final balance we will send - via email - full details of your tour plus a comprehensive tour pack.

The tour pack contains detailed maps, routes, hotel information, daily itinerary and GPS data and tour manual.

The tour manual includes:
list of documents you require
help and advice on riding abroad
legal information for the countries you will visit
suggested packing lists
